We love seeing new patients and assisting you with your prosthetic and/or orthotic needs. Here are the steps to establishing care with us.

Schedule an appointment

After obtaining a prescription from your provider, contact us to schedule an appointment. You can view our phone numbers or e-mails here. 

Note: Most insurance companies require a face-to-face visit with your provider at the time the prescription is written. Generally, "over the phone" prescriptions are not sufficient. Please call us with any questions.
